Learning is a tailored experience, under the best of circumstances. Struggling to learn shows a breakdown has occurred. We find the source of that breakdown and teach students to work through it.

We use the “learning“ information gathered from families and school staff to create a learning plan specific to the individual. A learning plan combines educational strategies and learning techniques that are effective for the student in question. They are actively implemented and modeled during weekly learning sessions.
As students experience learning success during sessions, we transition into teaching them to generalize the techniques and strategies that they know work for them. We plant the seeds of learning success, water them during our learning sessions, and eventually watch the students reap the fruits of their labor when they are successful on their own, outside our learning sessions.
